How to Become a Member at Gujarati Samaj of El Paso
To become a member of the **Gujarati Samaj of El Paso**, you need to complete a simple application process and pay the annual membership fee. Membership helps support our community events, cultural programs, and the annual Diwali event.

Submit a Membership Application
- Reach out to any current committee member to request a membership form (or use the online application, if available).
- Fill out your personal details (name, contact information, address, family members, etc.) as required.
- Indicate whether you are applying as an individual or as a family (if family-membership is available).

Application Review by BOD
- Once you submit your application, the Board of Directors (BOD) will review it.
- The BOD evaluates the application to confirm eligibility and membership compliance.

Approval & Confirmation
- If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation (via email or phone), providing instructions on how to pay the membership fee.
- Only after this confirmation you proceed to pay the fee.

Payment of Annual Membership Fee
- An annual membership fee is required to finalize your membership.
- This fee is collected during the annual Diwali event for the upcoming year (or as otherwise arranged by the committee).
- Payment method and exact fee amount will be communicated after BOD approval.

Membership Activation
- After payment is received, your membership becomes active for the upcoming membership year.
- You will then be eligible for all member benefits, events, mailings, and privileges of the Gujarati Samaj of El Paso.
